#001// One day old

Today is Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, 9.45pm.

Last night, at approximately 10pm, I registered my new company with the British ‘companies house’. The Rushbrooke Knife Company Ltd is one day old.

There’s a theme here with time. This company will be spawned from the stolen hours between working full-time on my custom knifemaking business, vying for the title of ‘dad of the year’ to my currently 19 month old boy, maintaining my marriage and household obligations, whilst also finding time for ‘research and development’ (aka, deer stalking).

The Rushbrooke Knife Company has been established with one multifaceted goal: to go above and beyond in everything currently available to the British fieldsports community. To make this possible I will have and will always need help from a community of likeminded folk, each an expert in their field bringing with them unique skills, knowledge and insight.

I’m excited to introduce these characters to you as they come and go as part of our story.
